SK 08 SW PARISH OF CHINLEY, BUXWORTH AND BROWNSIDE WATERSIDE 3/95 (North Side) Peathill Farmhouse II and Barn
Farmhouse and barn under continuous roof. Late CI8. Coursed gritstone rubble with gritstone dressings. Slate roof. Stone gable end and ridge stacks. Two storeys, double fronted, two bay. Three-light flush mullion windows with plain sashes either side of doorcasr with large flush jambs, imposts and lintel. Plank door Above two similar windows. To west barn with hayloft opening at first floor.
