Full Description

Haslam's Works Canteen and Institute, City Road. Opposite Haslam's factory is their former canteen and institute of 1891, a distinctive building in orange-red brickwork, with brick and stone details and slate roof. The building has fourteen bays with dividing brick pilasters, all sweeping in a bold curve round the street corner. Now converted to offices. (1)
