Full Description

Pelham Street Mill. Two storey, ten bay brick mill with plain gabled slate roof. Later north light workshops adjacent. Built c.1890 by Dean Brothers for elastic web manufacture. (1) Incorporated or replaced the Spa Mill (Silk) shown on this site on the 1852 Board of Health map. (2)
