Full Description

A house and surgery, built in 1897 for James Willis, the Borough Medical Officer. Later occupied by his successor, John Tobin JP. The house is built of red brick beneath a banded tile roof. The narrow elevation to Heanor Road has a canted bay window on the ground floor and ornate bargeboards above. (1)
