Full Description

To the east of Longford Hall are the roofless and ruinous remains of early-mid 19th century almshouses. They were desgined as a row of six one-storey cottages with a communal yard or space to the rear, flanked by ancillary blocks that may have contained privies and coalhouses. (1)
