The building adjacent to the Rose and Crown public house is now called 'The 1874 Brewery Co.', and is, as its name implies, probably part of the 19th century brewery that occupied the site. It is a three storey brick building with a slate roof. (1)
The building fitting this descrition appears to be No. 25 Nottingham Road. (2)
