Full Description
Surviving part of Hentley Rake (see SMR 33147 for levelled part). North-easten part has spoil heaps with hollows that are probably the remains of shafts and/or run-in stopes, with one capped shaft on top of a hillock recently [writing in 1992] removed. This was Henley Mine and had a gin circle, though this was not observed in 1992. Further to the south-west are four isolated hollows and hillocks, the north-westernmost of which is probably a small blocked climbing shaft. (1)
