Farmhouse at Broadholme House Farm, Broadholme Lane, Belper, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 22/01/2016 SK 34 NE 8/223 5167 BROADHOLME LANE (East Side), Farmhouse at Broadholme House Farm (Formerly listed under BROADHOLM LANE (East Side)) II GV Early C19. Large farmhouse. Ashlar with quoins, moulded stone eaves and hipped slates. Two storeys. Two windows, sashes with glazing bars and plain stone band surrounds, lower windows have dripstones above. Side elevation has 3 windows and centre door. Listing NGR: SK3509449792.' (1)
