From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 16 NE PARISH OF SHELDON BUXTON ROAD 6/161 (South Side) Ashford Bobbin Mill, East Building GV II Bobbin mill. c1870. Coursed limestone rubble, with punched gritstone dressings. Slate roof with overhanging eaves, Two storeys, two bays. Wide doorcase to east. Above 2-light mullion window. To west, doorcase. To east, flight of stairs up to doorcase. Listed for its historical interest. Listing NGR: SK1822469651.' (1)
