Full Description

Farmhouse of Lodge Hill Farm, off Schoolpiece Lane, Church Boughton, a late 19th century building. A building survey was carried out in 2017 and described the building as follows: '...a two-storey rectangular brick structure with a pitched roof and projecting gables on the principal facade. It is located in the northeast part of the farm with views to the north, east and south. The building was not accessible at the time of survey and has been recentally refurbished internally with new fenestation. The boundary walling along the entrance road into the farm has a simple brick design with stone lintels and metal gates. Date: c.1870s; c.1900; modern refurbishment ...External appearance and historic role within the farmstead as the farmhouse.' (1)
