From the National Heritage List for England: '1. 5169 SK 47 SW 16/285 WETLANDS LANE (South Side) Plover Hill Farmhouse II GV 2. Late C18/early C19 facade to earlier house. Red brick stone slate roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows modern and C19 casements. Off centre and end chimneys. Added 2 storey red brick rear wing with stone slate roof. Interior has exposed ceiling beams. Listing NGR: SK4048871531.' (1)
