Former threshing barn to northeast of Plover Hill Farmhouse, Wetlands Lane, Chesterfield, a 17th or early 18th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: '1. 5169 SK 47 SW 16/284 WETLANDS LANE (South Side) Former Threshing Barn to north-east of Plover Hill Farmhouse II GV 2. C17/early C18. Corrugated iron roof, coped gable ends with stone kneelers. 5 bays. Massive timber trusses with tie beams ridge, collar, and braces. Butt purlin roof. Wooden threshing floor.
