Walls enclosing burial ground at Beighton Fields Priory, Barlborough, a 19th century structure. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 47 NE 1/23 26.8.65 PARISH OF BARLBOROUGH BEIGHTON FIELDS LANE (East Side) Walls enclosing Burial Ground at Beighton Fields Priory GV II Walls enclosing former burial ground of the Bowdon family. In its present form mostly C19 and C20. Coursed squared sandstone with sandstone dressings. Rectangular enclosure, enclosed by a chamfered coped wall, taller at the rear. C20 gate piers with moulded caps, at the entrance on the south side. Within the enclosure is the weathered remains of a tombstone with drapery, and an inscription plaque with four shields flanking the dedicatory inscription. Within this enclosure lie the remains of many generations of the family of Bowdon Listing NGR: SK4560276719' (1)
