Four former lime kilns, east-southeast of Miller's Dale Station, Taddington, built in 1878. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 17 SW PARISH OF TADDINGTON MILLERS DALE 2/81 (South Side) Row of four Lime Kilns GV II Lime kilns. 1878, altered 1923. Rubble limestone, about thirty feet tall and with a pronounced batter. Four round-arched openings to north. Buttresses added in 1923. Large commercial lime kilns, close to the railway, opened by the Millers Dale Lime Company in 1878 and closed in 1930. Listing NGR: SK1404473188.' (1)
