No. 9 Church Street, Swadlincote, an early 19th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 24 January 2023 to amend a typo in the name and address and to reformat the text to current standards SK 22 SE 1/2 Newhall CHURCH STREET (south side) The former Vicarage to Church of St John GV II Early C19. White painted brick vicarage at rear of St John's Church (qv). Hipped slates. Plinth and band at first floor. Two storeys. Three window symmetrical facade, sashes with glazing bars. Recessed centre door with panelled reveals. Listing NGR: SK2924020635.' (1)
