Outbuilding south of Unthank Hall Farm farmhouse, Unthank Lane, Holmesfield, a late 17th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF HOLMESFIELD UNTHANK LANE SK 37 NW 5/169 Farm outbuilding to the south of Unthank Hall GV II Farm outbuilding. Late C17. Coursed coal measures sandstone with quoins, plain gables, and a stone slated roof. North-west elevation. Two storeys, two bays with two ground floor doorways with massive jambs and heads, and plain planked stable doors. Two first floor openings with flush stone frames. Lean-to with cart opening supported by timber lintel at north-east end. Listed for group value. Listing NGR: SK3070076039.' (1)
