Outbuilding west of Unthank Hall Farm farmhouse, Unthank Lane, Holmesfield, a late 17th century building. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF HOLMESFIELD UNTHANK LANE SK 37 NW 5/170 Outbuilding to the 31.1.67 south-west of Unthank Hall (formerly listed as Barns and Out- buildings to Unthank Hall) II GV Farm outbuilding. Late C17. Coursed rubble coal measures sandstone with quoins, plain gables, and a stone slated roof. Single storey, two bays with central single doorway with quoined surround and planked stable door. Immediately to the north-east full bay width cart opening supported by timber lintel. Low lean-to to rear elevation. Listed for group value only. Listing NGR: SK3068876066.' (1)
