Gates to northeast of The Lodge, Heath End Lane, Calke, built c1805. From the National Heritage List for England: 'PARISH OF CALKE HEATH END LANE SK 32 SE 4/31 (West Side) 1-7-68 Gates to NE of Heath End Lodge (formerly listed as one item with the Lodge) GV II Tripartite gateway to Calke Park. c1805 by William Wilkins Snr. Sandstone ashlar and wrought iron. Pair of round-arched ashlar pedestrian gateways with moulded cornice and stepped moulding above. Wrought iron gates with stick rails and latticework pilasters. Between the arches, a pair of gates with stick rails, curved braces and latticework pilasters. Listing NGR: SK3709521647.' (1)
