Full Description

SK 013 865: A three-sided rectangular enclosure, showing as a cropmark, was recorded on an aerial photograph of 1971/2. (1, 2) The site has been a cricket ground since the early 20th century. As the feature lies towards the centre of the ground, it probably relates to a couple of parallel cricket pitches. (3)
