Full Description

SK 356 360. Prior to redevelopment the Derby Archaeology Society excavated the pottery works and a large amount of pottery was found along with a few sparse structural features. The pottery works were developed from a row of cottages in 1756, though the partnership which built them had been in existence since 1751. The company became bankrupt in 1779.
