Full Description

SK 49226374 Batley Lane, Rock Shelter. A possible occupied cave or rock shelter. It is in an area of collapsed Magnesian Limestone that is heavily fissured. One fissure is 6.1m (20ft) high and 1m (3ft) wide. It is filled with earth and may contain evidence of human activity. (1)
