Full Description
Possible ridge and furrow in this field, particularly at the southern end. There is also a low mound 0.3m high along the north and east edges of the field which may be associated with this. An irregular mound (measurments 24ft by 22ft by 3ft) may be a result of spoil from a concrete dew pond. This area was noted as 'allotment' on the 1848 tithe award. (1,2).
