Full Description

Earthworks identified by D Farnsworth, possibly a settlement site. (1) Ridge and furrow running approximately north-west to south-east, except in the east where it runs east-west. North of Marston Lodge is a central complex of enclosures and lanes. The enclosures are sub-rectangular (2) One area of earthworks probably indicative of settlement was observed north of Marston Lodge. Extensive ridge and furrow survive in permanent pasture. (3)
