Cross at St James's Church, Edlaston Lane, Edlaston and Wyaston, a 17th century structure. '(Area SK 181 426) A considerable portion of the original churchyard cross stands on the right hand side on entering the garden from the churchyard at Edlaston.' (1) 'The cross is at SK 18124264. The base and socket stone only are original. See G.P. AO/66/17/5.' (2) 'No change.' (3) From the National Heritage List for England: 'SK 14 SE PARISH OF EDLASTON AND WYASTON EDLASTON LANE 4/50 (South Side) Cross 15 yards south GV II Cross, possibly a preaching cross. C17 Sandstone ashlar. Square chamfered plinth, moulded circular base, tapering circular shaft and a ball. Listing NGR: SK1812142656.' (4)
