Garden wall, piers and gates to Spalden's Almshouses, School Lane, Ashbourne, an 18th century construction. From the National Heritage List for England: 'SCHOOL LANE 1. 783 (West Side) Garden Wall, piers and gates to Spalden's Almshouses SK 14 NE 1/172 II GV 2. C18. Red brick wall with stone coping. Brick piers with stone caps and contemporary iron gates. North side has capped stone pillars, no gates. All the listed buildings in School Lane form a group with No 69 Church Street and with the School Lane section of the churchyard walls to the parish church of St Oswald. Listing NGR: SK1771146393.'
