No. 22 Grove Farm Close, Former Grove Farmhouse, Brimington, an 18th century or early 19th century cruck frame building.
According to current Google imagery (Streetview) the former farmhouse has attached modern extensions.

2. C18/early C19. Ashlar with quoins, eaves cornice and blocking course. Slate roof with end brick chimneys. Symmetrical facade. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars and engraved lintels. Centre door with stone porch, 2 pillars and flat hood with cornice and blocking course. 6 panelled door with round arched traceried fanlight. To north west, section with crenellated facade. Northern lower part contains at least 1 full height cruck truss. Rear centre door of house has pulvinated frieze and architrave.
