SK 0676 8170: Bowden Hall. (1). Bowden Hall. A Grade II* listed stone-built, two-storey house of irregular plan with slate roofs and stone stacks; mainly early 19th century. The stone outbuildings at Bowden Hall are 18th century, two storeyed with stone-mullioned windows and slated roofs. (2) Bowden Hall dating from c.1844 and built by Richard Lane of Manchester.
