Trial Excavations at Derby Racecourse Park
Report on an evaluation comprised of 22 trial trenches in the northern part of the racecourse. A resistivity survey was attempted, and described in this report, but the conditions were not favourable and the survey was abandoned. Extensive Roman features were recorded, and a pottery analysis is included in the report.
